Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost
• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is the buyer's responsibility

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that have been used or damaged (not due to a defect)
