Care That Keeps Your Wig Beautiful

A little daily care helps protect texture, shine, and shape. Always follow the product-specific instructions on the product page, especially for heat styling and washing.

Daily Detangling

Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Start from the ends and work upward slowly. Avoid pulling hard at the lace, knots, or cap.

Storage

Store your wig on a wig stand or in a silk/satin bag when not in use. Keep it away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heavy pressure.

Washing

Wash only when needed. Use gentle wig-safe shampoo and cool to lukewarm water. Do not twist or scrub aggressively. Let the wig air dry on a stand.

Heat Styling

Use heat only if the product is heat-safe. Keep temperatures low, use heat protectant where suitable, and test a small section first.

Lace and Hairline Care

Be gentle around the lace and hairline. Avoid excess glue, tape, makeup, or heavy product buildup. Clean residue carefully after wear.

Before Returns

Returned wigs must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, unaltered, and free from odor, glue, makeup, or styling residue unless applicable law requires otherwise.
